Do I need experience with strength training to work with you?

Not at all. Many of my clients are brand new to strength training or returning after time away. Everything is tailored to your experience level, and you’ll be guided step by step in a safe, supportive way.

Does Age Matter? Am I too old for this?

My coaching is specifically designed for women of all ages. We focus on strength, mobility, mindset, and long-term health, not quick fixes or extreme workouts. Personally designed to fit you, where you are at now.

What if I’m nervous or lack confidence in the gym?

That’s completely normal. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, capable, and confident, not intimidated. We move at a pace that feels right for you and build confidence as we go.

What is your approach to mindset and motivation?

Strength isn’t just physical. We focus on mindset, consistency, and self-trust, helping you build confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with movement.

Can I train if I’ve had an injury, illness, or a break from fitness?

Yes. With proper clearance when needed, training is always adapted to your needs, limitations, and comfort level. Progress, patience, and safety are always the priority.

How do I know which training option is right for me?

If you’re unsure, that’s okay, you don’t need to decide alone. We can talk through your goals, schedule, and preferences to find the best fit for you.

Do you offer flexible options for busy schedules?

Absolutely. I offer in-person, small group, and online coaching options to support different schedules and lifestyles, including moms and working women.
