Like many others in the city, I live in a condo with a gym.  But who really knows what to do with all that gym equipment? Although I played around with the equipment, I wanted a trainer to help design a plan for me.  Marley was the only trainer who was NOT attached to a specific gym (because who wants to pay for a gym membership when the condo already has a gym?).  She came in, assessed me, and helps me work out 3 times a week – perfect for gaining strength, an important factor as women age.  Marley coming right to me allows me to work out in my condo’s gym, and really reduces my excuses to not work out.  I have seen an improvement in my strength and balance in the last 3 months, and would encourage anyone with a condo gym to consider a personal trainer versus a gym membership."
