Parent and Pre-teen Fitness
Strong together is a fun high energy class designed for parent's and pre-teens to train side-by-side. Through partner workouts, strength training, teamwork challenges, and confidence building movement, families build healthy habits together.
This class focuses on proper movement mechanics, strength development, and creating a positive relationship with exercise in a supportive, encouraging environment. Getting stronger is better when you do it together.
